Animation shop » Transparency

1. Open your image.
2. Use Flood Fill and color the part of the image that you want to make transparent with color that is different from the others
3. Go to Animation >> Replace Color...
4. Select the color from step 2 like Old Color and replace it with Transparent opacity
5. Press OK That is the result (it is in DIV tag with grey BG so you can see it is transparent):
